2. Principle: No Data Collection

The SONODORM app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers or third parties. All collected health data (SpO2, pulse, respiratory rate, sleep data) is stored exclusively locally on your device and does not leave the device.

3. Collected Data and Processing

The app processes the following data exclusively locally:

• SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation)
• Pulse rate
• Respiratory rate
• Snoring (microphone analysis - only volume/frequency, no recording)
• Sleep session data and intervention protocol

This data is not recorded, not transmitted, and not shared with third parties. Microphone data is analyzed exclusively in real-time and not stored.

4. Bluetooth Usage

The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) exclusively for communication with the SleepU sensor and the SONODORM pillow. No Bluetooth data is transmitted to external servers.

5. Location Data

The app requests location permission on Android devices as this is technically required for Bluetooth scanning. However, location data is neither collected nor stored.

6. PDF Export

The PDF export serves exclusively to save sleep data locally on your device and optionally share it with your doctor. Disclosure is made exclusively by you.

7. No Third Parties

The app contains no analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that could collect data.

8. Data Security

Since no data is transmitted, the risk of data transmission is eliminated. The local database on your device is protected by your operating system's security mechanisms.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, typical access, deletion, and objection rights under GDPR do not apply. You can completely delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app.
